Round 2 Has Begun!

Well I am on r2ph2d3 and I am feeling fine. I just finished with the loading phase, and I have gained 3.5lbs but I know it's mainly from the load. My goal this time around is to get down between 350 and 360lbs. I am going to incorporate some cardio this time around and I think that will make a difference. I am also going to get Tammy's cookbook to give me a change of pace in different foods from time to time. This round I plan to reach my set goal weight for this round. Round 1 almost at an end

Well I am 2 and a half weeks into rd1 ph3 and I feel like my body beginning to adjust to the new weight. However I am ready to begin rd 2. I felt that I handled rd 1 pretty loose. I plan to tighten up with round 2. My goal for rd2 ph2 is to get to 350lbs. I know it may be a pretty big stretch but I think if I continue to stick closer to the protocol I will be able to achieve my goal weight for the next round. The chapter for round 1 is coming to a close. I am so glad that I achieved the main directive of getting under 400lbs. My goal for the second half of the year is to get down to 300lbs. Week 2 of Phase 3

Well all I am in week 2 of phase 3. I feel great but I won't lie I am ready to begin round 2 phase 2. It actually feels like a rush when I step on the scales in the morning and see how much weight has fallen off me. I see that during phase 3 my body is trying to contour to the weight loss. I was just noticing that I was smaller when I was the weight I am now when I was gaining. But that is all good though because I will reduce down back to college weight. If everything goes well I may even try to get down to my old High School weight. The only thing that I am not looking forward to is the phase 2 menu. I may invest in the HCG cookbook, I hear they have quite a few good selections and recipes. Well all I am making this post short and as always thanks for reading my post!

Phase 3

I am doing round 1 phase 3 and I am feeling fine. I love the stuff that I am able to eat once again on phase 3 but I won't lie I can't wait to start round 2 and shed some more weight off myself. My goal for the 2nd half of 2008 is to drop 85lbs. I think a couple more rounds of phase 2 should get me there. I feel good and I think next year with my rediscovered body I will go to the beach and enjoy myself like a young 20 something again. I know the weight shouldn't stop me from doing it now, but I just feel that I would have a better time being 150+ lbs lighter. Well today's blog will be short but as always, thank you for reading!

Phase 3 has Begun!

I have just finished phase2 and I had feel a little short of my second goal of 375lbs but I still feel like I crossed a big mountain! I can't wait to start the next round, I think my next goal will be a total goal of 53 lbs. Oh yeah I forgot to mention my final weight for round 1 is 383lbs. So if I lose in the next round like I want to this time next round the mark of 300lbs should be like light at the end of the tunnel. Well I think this post will be kinda short so as always I want to thank you for reading my post.
