Round 2 Has Begun!
Well I am on r2ph2d3 and I am feeling fine. I just finished with the loading phase, and I have gained 3.5lbs but I know it's mainly from the load. My goal this time around is to get down between 350 and 360lbs. I am going to incorporate some cardio this time around and I think that will make a difference. I am also going to get Tammy's cookbook to give me a change of pace in different foods from time to time. This round I plan to reach my set goal weight for this round.
