Closing in on Phase 3
I am just a few days from ending r1 ph2, and I find that the weight is beginning to go down slower. It's cool though because I don't think without being on the protocol I would be at this point of any diet this quickly. A lot of the haters are beginning to take notice and are asking what diet am I on? I tell them all the same thing, "I am not on any one's diet, I have had a lifestyle change!" They all give me the same reaction as though I am crazy and they just keep walking. I think I will keep the protocol under wraps until I am down about 75lbs and then it will be very noticeable on me. I was considering starting a my space page to document my progress and give a link to the blog so that if there's any others out there that my want to follow my lead they will be more than welcomed and I'm pretty sure the folks at DD.ca won't mind the little extra publicity. I have tried many different diets and have had minor success on a few but by far the HCG protocol is the best lifestyle change that I have ever made! As I put round 1 phase 2 to a close I am starting to feel more energy and before the protocol I used to take energy pills and now I feel as I don't need them. The main thing is that I want to thank the people at DD.ca for giving me my life back. I think that is all for now, and as always thanks for reading my blog!

hi yah for sure that HCG protocol is the best lifestyle change and i am also experiencing some good comments about my figure and body... when walking they ask me "Hey you've lost weight", and you cannot imagine the joy and happiness when people tells me about it. take care
