The 2nd goal is in site!
I see my goal of 375lbs being very attainable within the next 10 - 14 days. Since my last post I have come down to 389lbs. I know that doesn't seem like much but for me it's a big accomplishment. I see and feel that the 400lbs mark is getting further and further away in my rear view mirror. I want to have at least reached my goal by the time I go into R1ph3. which will be in the next 15 days when I am scheduled to begin. For the first time in 5 years I can go to the movies without pulling up the arm rest on the stadium seats. That my be trivial but to me it's means a lot. Now back to the HATERS! I was so excited about my new weight loss I told everyone ... even the HATERS. All they could muster up to say was that it was all water weight. I don't think so! I am now able to get into clothes I had since W. Bush's 1st term. But that's all good though. I just wonder what will they say when I go into R2 of the protocol. Well that's enough for now, I want to thank you for reading my post.

What ever happened to if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all. If I had heard someone has lost weight I would be happy for them, not say it's just water. The good thing about my specialist is she has a scale that weighs my body fat, etc. so I can see the difference on paper. The scales do not lie. I'm rooting for you. They ae probably trying to secretly find out what you are doing.
In the end it doesnt even really matter what he othe rpeople say anyway, time will tell and results dont really lie, how is everyone else losing weight? however i dont think its working cause so many fat people
way to go man! Screw those nay-sayers at work....water weight, solid weight, gas weight -- who freaking cares! the fact is you're LOSING WEIGHT so they should be happy for you. It really goes to show you how miserable these people must be about their own lives - instead of celebrating that someone can make something of themselves and accomplish something great, they instead choose to try to bring you down. I guess it must be because ultimately your success reminds them of how little they've achieved in their own lives. Pity.
I am so happy for you my brother..I am an African American Woman who is over weight as well..I too found out I was diabetic type 2...I weigh 239 lbs which makes me depress...I ordered my HCG about 2 1/2 weeks ago...Let the haters hate and keep up the good work. I look forward to reading your story..Best Michelle :)
If what they were saying about water weight was true, by the time you reach your goal weight, you would be dehydrated. What they are seeing is a healthier, glowing, slimmer man. The waist size isn't water weight either. Way to go!
time for an update thomas, ive been back to your blog 4 or 5 times and waiting to her how much more you have lost, where are ya mate??
