Getting ready for the 1st Hurdle

Well the first week and a half has passed by and I find myself down 8 pounds. I feel great and and am glad to say that it seems like my diabetes is improving. I feel as though I should be losing more but I think it will come. I know I did not put all this weight on overnight and nor do I expect to shed it overnight. I find that major weight loss is a journey. In my case a very long journey. But I feel that as long as I keep my eyes on the prize I will get back to an acceptable size. To tell you the truth I am tired of shopping at the big and tall stores. No offense to anyone that is associated with any of these types of stores. I would love to get back to my high school weight, of 225. That was a good weight for my body because I was able to maintain my weight and my joints weren't sore from lugging around and obese body. Well I am a little tired plus I don't want to make this too long either. I want to thank you for reading and until next time ... Peace.

Hello, My name is Shawn I am a 30 year old mother of three. My sister and I started HCG on Monday March 31, and today (April 28th) we both have lost over 20 pounds! We excersized for an hour a day six days a week, two years ago and got the same results only to gain it all back, and it took us four months to lose that much, this time with HCG it has only taken us 4 weeks! My Mother said something that gave me a lightbulb moment: "nothing can make me feel as good as I feel when I'm thin!" Aint it the truth?! I'm hear to tell you to keep it up, and great job!!! God bless, and keep your eyes on the prise as you said, it will pay off!!! Down from a size 24 now an 18, Smaller me, Shawn

To all that have started the Cure I commend you for doing so. I started phase 2 for the third time 7 days ago. Before this round I have dropped 75 pounds. Very easy! Do phase 3 to the letter! You will see that you body is stable. Everything reset. My goal is 290. Do to lifting weights seriously on and off for 25 + years I have dense muscle and bones. I am lean at 290. When you follow this program you will enjoy the results and the long lasting stability it provide. Keep your system organic and cleanses and you will have no problem again. Or to say you have been Cured! Rev SMD abelieversvoice.blogspot.com
